Text messaging (SMS) information
Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are collected only from our own employees and crew, who agree to receive work-related texts from us. We use mobile numbers only to send those messages. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messages are delivered through a messaging service provider that acts only on our behalf to send the texts, and that provider may not use your number for any other purpose.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example messaging, email, cloud storage and payroll providers), when required by law, or to protect our rights and safety. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
