Text messaging program terms
Program: Jergensen Construction Inc Team Notifications.
Who receives messages: our own employees and crew members who have provided their mobile number and agreed to receive work-related texts. We do not text the general public and do not send marketing or promotional messages.
What we send: work notices such as equipment maintenance lists, job schedules, reports and invoice summaries.
How you opt in: you give us your mobile number and agree to receive work-related text messages from Jergensen Construction Inc, in writing, through our onboarding paperwork, or through our online sign-up form. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of employment.
Sign up online: Text Message Opt-In pageMessage frequency: varies with work activity.
Costs: message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation and no further messages.
Help: reply HELP or email jergensen.web@jergensen.construction.
Carriers: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: see our Privacy Policy page. We do not share mobile numbers or opt-in consent with third parties for marketing.
